His & Her Circumstances: More Anime With No Robots Holding Handguns

This series, directed by Hideaki Anno (with episodes 19-26 directed by Kazuya Tsurumaki), is a show all about teenagers in junior high and all that not-so-crazy drama that ensues between Yukino and Arima. Sounds dumb? Well, you're dumb 'cause I like it! To be true for a moment, a lot of the times action movies put me to sleep whereas things more reliant on story, whether it's any good or not, keep me awake, so that is a factor you have to consider. But still, screw you, I love this show for all its pointless nowheres and cliche plot turns. There's even some homoerotic overtones of jealousy thrown in there for a mix. I think part of it is also my love of anime that takes place in the present tense (same goes for JRPGs). If you don't want to be embarrassed, abort. But if you got a good set of headphones and a defiant attitude towards liking cute Japanese things, take the dive.

Episode 3: Pt. 1, Pt. 2, Pt.3

Note: I thought of putting up some torrents for it but ultimately decided no. Sorry. And I couldn't find anything on YouTube beyond the emotive girl-loves/angsts-girl+Goo Goo Dolls song clips, but you might be able to dig something up. Also, check out said Goo Goo Dolls combo of Gambit and Rogue. Make sure a pillow is real close for you to squeeze.

2X Note: My lazy ass found episodes on page three of a YouTube search. Stick notes on my back, I deserve it.
